Ms. Simon currently holds the position of General Counsel, Global Businesses at Mastercard. She is responsible for providing the legal support in the product, marketing and operations functions of the business. Additionally, she oversees legal support for the technology, strategic growth and mergers and acquisitions areas of Mastercard. Her previous roles at Mastercard included Chief Franchise Integrity Officer, Chief Franchise Development Officer, and Lead Litigation Counsel.
Ms. Simon graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She received her J.D. from the New York University of Law. Before joining Mastercard, Ms. Simon practiced Law at Weil, Gotshal&Manges LLP in New York City, where she concentrated her efforts on antitrust law and litigation.
