The International Trademark Association Pro Bono Committee is hosting a Virtual Legal Clinic on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at 11 AM EST, in celebration of International Pro Bono Week.
This clinic is open to entrepreneurs, SMEs, non-profits, and charitable organizations worldwide.
Participants can consult with volunteer trademark attorneys on trademark clearance and prosecution matters, including how to:
- Register and protect a trademark
- Address someone else using a similar trademark
- Respond to a rejected trademark application
- Renew an existing trademark.
Through the Pro Bono Clearinghouse, INTA provides legal services to those with low operating budgets. Applicants must have a valid trademark issue and demonstrate financial need.
Apply by October 22, to secure your spot. RSVP here.
