About Lee’s practice
Lee focuses his practice on trademark and copyright litigation, as well as complex intellectual property disputes. He regularly advises clients on developing and strengthening their intellectual property portfolios, including creating, protecting,, and leveraging trademarks and copyrights. With extensive experience in trademark clearance, prosecution, licensing, and enforcement, Lee helps clients safeguard their brands and manage global trademark portfolios.
Lee works with clients across a range of industries, including e-commerce, fashion, music, travel, software, medical devices and pharmaceuticals. His practice also includes guiding companies through branding strategies, enforcement programs and due diligence for intellectual property matters.
Lee received his J.D. from Boston College Law School and his B.A. from Bowdoin College.
