She counsels clients on trademark and copyright matters, brand enforcement, media law, and portfolio strategy, representing Fortune 100 companies, publishers, influencers, and global consumer brands. An experienced litigator and trusted advisor, Hyland has earned recognition from Chambers USA, World Trademark Review, and Best Lawyers in America. She also serves on INTA’s Leadership Development Committee and is the immediate past President of the Atlanta Intellectual Property Inn of Court.

She defends employers in claims involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour class actions, and advises on compliance, investigations, and risk management. Lively is well known for her strategic approach and client-focused solutions.
“I am honored to take on this new leadership role,” said Lively. “The Portland office is filled with talented attorneys and exceptional litigators, and I look forward to building on our strong foundation to continue delivering exceptional service and results for our clients.”
