Intellectual Property is one of the core practice areas at ANEKE & OSISIOGU, as part of our larger Commercial practice. Over the years we have worked for clients both foreign and local in regards to their Intellectual Property. We provide legal and advisory services to clients on issues relating to IP rights; opinions, protection, licensing, administration, registration, renewals and enforcement. We are in tune with the innovative and growing law and practice of IP, and work efficiently at the Patent Design and Trademarks Registry in Nigeria. We advise and undertake clients’ opposition matters and proceedings. In particular, we have as lead firm worked with a Team, for well known brands in Europe and have over time successfully delivered very good outcomes in their opposition matters.
We are centrally located on the Lagos Island, within the hub of commercial and business activities, accessible to institutions of governance, regulators, financial services, the judiciary etc that ensures that we work efficiently and deliver clients briefs timely yet cost effective.
