Founded in 1991, Pham & Associates is the oldest and one of the most prominent IP law firms in Vietnam. With strong practice groups in both IP prosecution and contentious matters, the firm continues to be one of the largest filers in Vietnam and is very experienced in conducting  appeal, opposition and invalidation procedures with the IP Vietnam (NOIP) and related agencies, suing in court to resolve IP disputes or negotiate to reach out-of-court agreements and provide expert opinions on IP matters.  Since 2001, the company also provides legal consulting services on business law in Vietnam.
