Founded in the capital of Rio de Janeiro in 1969, the firm has built a solid reputation in the Intellectual Property area. In 2012, the firm changed the partnership structure with the admission of Andréa Possinhas as a partner and changed their name to Gruenbaum, Possinhas & Teixeira, with the objective of increasing and reaffirming its activities, combining tradition and contemporaneity, through a closer relationship with the clients and renovation of the services provided.
