History and experience of the Alfa-Patents company dates back to 1992, making us one of Latvia’s longest-established specialists in the IP field. Our attorneys are experienced in the prosecution of patent applications, trade mark registration and design registration in Latvia, the European Union and worldwide, representing Clients before the Latvian and European Patent Office, OHIM and WIPO. We assist our Clients with oppositions, infringements, licensing, custom proceedings and other related issues. In addition, we would like to point out that our company provides IP services in all three Baltic States having long-term collaboration contracts with IP agencies in Estonia and Lithuania as well.
