Werner, Juk, Baudelio and Cia., S.C. is dedicated to providing competent, personalized service in the area of intellectual property in Mexico and, through our associates, to Latin America in general. Our legal and technical expertise give us the wherewithal to prepare, file, prosecute and maintain patents, utility models, industrial designs, trademarks, slogans, tradenames and copyrights, as well as to handle related litigation.
WJB was incorporated in 1999, though some of us have over 30 years of experience in the field of intellectual property. We also provide a unique combination of partners, from lawyers to Ph.D.?s, providing a combined legal and technical expertise not commonly found even in larger firms and some corporations.

Nearly 100% of our clients are foreign applicants, and we are accustomed to dealing with foreign counsel in charge of the worldwide prosecution of IP portfolios. We understand what the expectation of foreign counsel is in terms of service, but we also navigate the local culture to properly meet the needs of the applicant, providing a sense of familiarity so that the experience of dealing with a foreign agent does not feel alien.
