Mr. Oscar Mago is the founding partner and CEO of the Peruvian Law Firm OMC Abogados & Consultores. He has more than 30 years of experience in the field of Intellectual Property Law.

He is responsible for the management of the IP department where he provides his expertise in Trademarks and Patents applications, enforcement and prosecution, oppositions, advice for cases of unfair competition and infringement actions, copyright, industrial design, among others.

Mr. Mago is a member of an extensive network of professional contacts, during his participation in recognized associations such as INTA, ASIPI, ECTA, IBA, PTMG, MARQUES, LES, NYIPLA, ABAPI, ABPI and ASPI, he has established commercial agreements with law firms across the 5 continents.
