After 25 years of consolidating its position as one of Central America’s leading law firms, García & Bodán unveils a new brand identity: GarciaBodan. This modern and unified expression reflects what the Firm has always been, while preserving its essence, values, and commitment to excellence.
The new look represents far more than a visual update; it’s the expression of a natural evolution aligned with the Firm’s growth, diversity, and strategic role in the legal and business development of the Central American region. Over the years, the Firm has actively collaborated with governments across the region, strengthening ties between the public and private sectors to foster comprehensive national development.
“We are transforming for this moment and for many more to come. Today we celebrate the evolution of our Firm with a new image that embodies our current vision and strategic purpose.” — Terencio García, Regional Managing Partner.
GarciaBodan’s journey began in 2000, when its founder, Terencio García, opened the first office in Managua with only one team member, himself, and as initial capital, a box filled with a few essential law books.
Today, the Firm has 150 professionals and a presence in every Central American capital city. Milestones include the opening of offices in Tegucigalpa (2004), San Salvador (2005), San Juan del Sur and San Pedro Sula (2007), Guatemala City (2012), Tola (2017), and San José (2019).
This transformation also symbolizes a new way of being present: more agile, more connected, and closer to clients’ challenges.
“We want to convey innovation, showcasing our ability to adapt to an ever-changing legal and business environment. This push toward the new does not mean breaking away from the past but rather evolving on the principles and traditions that have made us strong.” — Terencio García, Regional Managing Partner.
For the Firm, these 25 years represent the culmination of its first chapter and the beginning of an even more ambitious future. For its clients, allies, and friends, it reaffirms that they can rely on a stable, trustworthy organization committed to their protection and legal well-being.
