INTA’s 2025 New York conference on trade secrets in the age of AI 

New York, New York—February 4, 2025—The International Trademark Association (INTA) has announced a comprehensive two-day conference in New York City this March. Addressing the critical intersection of trade secrets and artificial intelligence (AI), the program is designed to equip intellectual property (IP) and brand professionals with practical tools and strategies to safeguard and leverage trade secrets for long-term success in an increasingly digital landscape. 

In today’s rapidly evolving business environment, the rise of AI has created both unprecedented opportunities and complex challenges for trade secret protection. Registrants will walk away with actionable insights into the relationship between trade secrets and other forms of IP while offering practical strategies for enforcement and protection in the Digital Age.

Special attention will be given to the new EU directive on training algorithms and its implications for trade secrets.
