Graif brings more than 30 years of trademark and IP transactional experience. He focuses his practice on trademark enforcement, licensing and technology transactions, privacy, generative artificial intelligence (AI), social media, and copyright matters.

“Michael is a highly regarded trademark strategist. His arrival significantly strengthens our IP capabilities and allows us to better serve our clients’ needs in this evolving field,” said Mark Dorff, Managing Director of Brown Rudnick’s Corporate & Capital Markets Department. “We are delighted to welcome him to the Firm.”

“Michael is a welcome addition to our group,” said partners Peter Willsey, Adam Schoen, and Ian DiBernardo, co-chairs of the Intellectual Property practice. “His depth of knowledge and experience advising clients on generative AI, among other areas of focus, aligns with our strategic objectives. We look forward to collaborating with him on new and exciting opportunities.”

For more than a decade, Graif has served as an adjunct professor at both the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he teaches social media law.
