Taylor Wessing has announced the appointment of Anneka Dalton as a partner in our international IP practice, strengthening our IP litigation service offering to our clients in the UK and internationally.
Anneka will be joining the firm on 9 October from Hogan Lovells, where she has built a strong reputation in particular for brands litigation and contentious work as well as for advising clients on every aspect of brand strategy and the development, protection, exploitation, and enforcement of intellectual property rights. She has significant experience and strong relationships with multi-national clients in the tech, e-commerce, healthcare, and consumer sectors.
Head of Taylor Wessing’s UK Technology, IP and Information team Graham Hann said: “Anneka’s expertise and experience perfectly complements and strengthens our existing client offering and sector focus. IP is a major strategic focus for the firm and client demand is growing. We are investing in response to that demand.”
On her appointment, Anneka Dalton said: “I am excited by the opportunity to continue to build my practice and client relationships as part of one of the largest and most successful IP practices in Europe. The firm offers both a strong platform and an inclusive culture which I and my clients will value greatly.”
This hire follows the recent announcement of the establishment of new IP capability in MENA with the hire of Munir Suboh, who joined our Dubai office, further strengthening the international platform.
