Attorney at Law from Universidad Del Valle de México, where he obtained the bachelor degree in Law. He began his professional practice in 1995, in the legal firm Calderón y de la Sierra.
His practice has been focused mainly on contentious area, in the study, preparation, filing and follow-up of the lawsuits filed before the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property, the National Copyright Institute, Fiscal Courts, Federal and Collegiate Tribunals, in matters related to Intellectual Property.
In 2009, Mr. Tovar decided to found the firm Tovar & Cruz in order to continue with his practice in matter of intellectual property and corporate law.
Mr. Tovar García handles Spanish and English languages.
