One of the fastest-growing IP firms in the region, aera adds critical capability in patents, particularly in the high-growth sectors of life sciences and AI software to the Rouse Group. The Danish-based firm also provides a platform for further expansion in Europe having established offices in Sweden, Germany, Spain, and Norway.
The aera merger represents another milestone in Rouse’s ongoing growth strategy, building upon the recent acquisition of leading IP consultancy Konsert Strategy & IP. With the earlier addition of European IP firm Valea in 2022 and the two recent acquisitions, Rouse is fast establishing itself as a leading player in the European IP market.
